Our customers are the reason why we are building our products. Our ultimate goal is to offer our users exactly what they need, using our technologies to solve their problems, and enabling all the wonderful things they want to do.

The Customer Advisory Board is where we stay closer to our customers. The Board includes an elected group of users; by regularly meeting with them we learn, cooperate, and improve.

Our Board includes a diverse group of customers, representing the different types of users our products have. Open source contributors, enterprise customers, engineers, DevOps... We want to hear from you.

We'll be happy to hear from you as much as you want, but we will adapt to your preference. Here, we are the ones listening. With some members, we have started by meeting twice a year — and see where we go from there.

We'll get your insights by conducting an interview online. The outcome of our conversation will be used internally. It will be completely up to you to decide if some of your feedback can be used publicly, for example by creating a customer story.
